This site is free for everyone to access, use, view, etc. The photos are free to view for personal use, and I reserve the right to institute a subscription or payment service for printing and higher resolution photos at any time without notice. You can link to photos, galleries, and albums if you want, I have no problems with that. If you are going to post the photos somewhere such as a website, forum, blog, etc, please credit the source. I reserve the right to restrict or block posts at any time, and/or institute other methods of copyright protection. This is a very time consuming endeavor, and like any other artist, I would appreciate the proper recognition and respect for my works.
Photos appearing on this site may appear on other sites such as Facebook and other blog sites through my actions and posts by others. Most of the photos on this site are from public events and venues and as such an individual should have no expectation of privacy while engaged as a performer at these public events. However, if you have any specific objections to photos being posted on this or other sites for commercial or non-commercial purposes, please let me know. I can not make guarantees for group or section shots, but will remove any individual features and tags and make an effort not to have you as the only feature in a shot. I reserve the right to use any materials of my creation for portfolio, marketing and promotion purposes and may make promotional offers available to participants/alumni/parents through this and outside sites.
Facebook is a public venue, and any materials posted to the Susquehanna Township Performing Arts page on Facebook should be considered public information including photos, articles, tags, notes, etc. Public participation is encouraged within the terms and conditions of use for Facebook.
